Free Instructions: Spring Aquamarine Bracelet

Make your own dreamy handmade Spring Aquamarine bracelet featuring gorgeous semi precious chip beads. Aquamarine is the Birthstone of March, so this would also make a lovely present for a March birthday! Nothing is more personal than handmade jewellery, especially with a semi precious element The wonderful sea blues of the Aquamarine semi precious chips pair perfectly with the classic white pearlescent seed beads to create a stylish and elegant bracelet. Once you get making, why not experiment with colour! Swap out white pearlescent seed beads for another seed bead colour, and experiment with some different semi precious chip beads! Materials Needed To Make a 7.5" Bracelet::

5g white pearlescent seed beads ( P802)

Aquamarine Chips ( AQUA),

8 x eye pins (EPGP),

16 x 2.4mm metal spacer beads (MTEA2432)

clasp  ( EXCH4GP-2 )

7 x 8mm jump rings - (JR8GP).

Tools Needed:

Two pairs of chain nosed pliers ( BEECN),

side cutters (BEESC-1)

one pair of round nosed pliers (BEERN-1)

Bead Matt (BMT2).

Instructions

1. Using two pairs of chain nosed pliers, open up one 8mm jump ring, thread 6 seed beads onto it. (photo 1) Please note, the seed beads are a snug fit! Some of the holes were a little small to fit on. But the majority are fine :) Repeat this 8 times, so you have a total of 7 pearly jump rings
   
   
2. Thread one metal bead, one chip bead, one metal bead into an eye pin, using your side cutter trim the eye pin 8mm above the last metal bead (photo 2)
   
   
3. Using chain nosed pliers to fold over the top section of the eyepin (photo 3a) use round nosed pliers to turn a neat loop to finish one Aquamarine link (photo 3b). Repeat this step 7 times so you have 8 Aquamarine links
   
   
4. Take one Aquamarine link, use chain nosed pliers to open up one loop, link one pearly jump ring on to it and close the loop. Take a second Aqua link, open up a loop, link it to the same pearly jump ring, making sure the link of your loop is positioned in the middle of the 6 pearls. Close your loop (photo 4)
   
   
5. Continue linking your pearly jump rings and aquamarine links together until you have none left! We finished with an Aqua link at either end. Continue making more pearly jump rings, and Aqua links for a longer length of bracelet. Or make it long enough to make a necklace!
   
   
6. Using chain nosed pliers, open up the end link on one of your Aqua links, loop on one half of your bolt ring. Close your loop. Repeat for the other end of your bracelet (photo 6)
