Free Instructions: Smiley Spider

Get crafty with craft pipe cleaners, and make your own cluster of fluffy spiders! 

Materials needed:

2 x pipe cleaners ( PIPSIMX )
8 x 8mm wooden beads ( WDCA08 )
1 x 30mm Wooden Bead ( WDCA30 )

Tools Required

A pair of side cutters ( BEESC )

Instructions 

1. Take your two pipe cleaners, cut them in half at the middle point to give you four shorter lengths ( photo 1 )
2. Thread all lengths through your 30mm wooden bead, position the bead so it's in the middle, and all the ends of your pipe cleaner legs line up ( photo 2 )
3. Thread one 8mm bead into one leg, and position it approx 1cm from the end ( photo 3 )
4. Fold over the end of the pipe cleaner. Twist this end around the leg to secure the bead, wind the end of the pipe cleaner leg tightly so the pointy end is tucked away( photo 5 )
5. Repeat step 4 for your other three legs ( photo 5 )
7. Create a fold in all four legs ( photo 6)
9. Repeat steps 3-7 for the other side of your spider ( photo 7 )
8. Use pens or paint to decorate your spiders face, and give them a smile! ( Photo 8 )
