3. Pick up 1C, skip the C and pass through the B that is sticking out. Repeat this stitch path to add a further 3C and 1B always passing through the bead that is sticking out. Repeat step 2 and 3 until you have a strip that is 6 beads wide at the top and bottom.
4. Fold the beadwork in half so that the beads would lock together. Pass down through the sticking out bead on the right side, then across to the next sticking out bead on the left side. Repeat all the way down to zip up the tube.

5. Pass your needle to the inside of the tube and out 1 end. Pick up a 4mm bicone and 3C, skip all the C and pass through the bicone and pass the needle through the centre of the tube to the other end. Repeat to add another bicone and a seed bead picot. Pass the needle back into the centre of the tube and push the needle into the beadwork to weave in the ends.

6. Thread your needle with a comfortable length of stretched beading thread, pick up 36A and pass down to the centre of the thread, circle round and pass through 4A to form a ring.

7. Pick up 1A, skip 1A and pass through the next A, work all the way around the ring, then step up through the 1st bead added.
